Dispute Resolution

The lawyers in the Dispute Resolution group assist clients with litigation and other disputes. We assist with litigation before the ordinary courts of law, with arbitrations and with settlement negotiations.

A number of the group's lawyers are admitted to appear before the Supreme Court. Several of them have professional experience from the Office of the Attorney General, and some have previously served as judges. Many of the partners in the group are often used as arbitrators in commercial disputes.

The law firm is able to provide excellent assistance in every aspect of a broad and complex court case, as well as the necessary negotiations.
