Jonas Engebretsen is affiliated with CMS Kluge’s IP, Technology and EEA-law Department. He works with dispute resolution within several legal fields.
Jonas holds a master’s degree from the University of Oslo. He worked as a research assistant at the Department for Public Law, where he wrote his master’s thesis on abuse of art. 6 (1) of the Convention on Jurisdiction and the Recognition and Enforcement of Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters (the Lugano Convention).
