2.ª Edição CMS ESG INSIGHT

A edição de junho da newsletter CMS ESG Insight, que a equipa de coordenação da ESG Task Force da CMS Portugal lançou o mês passado, já está disponível: ESG Insight - junho 2024.

Este mês, com o artigo de abertura ao cuidado da Estagiária de Verão, da equipa de ESG, da CMS Portugal, Mimi Lyons. Como estudante de Sustentabilidade, no Colégio Universitário de Dublin (University College Dublin), Mimi Lyons diz-nos que um “sustainable development is the only way forward.” Afirmando que, “Considering the current state of the climate with the serious situation the planet finds itself in and the constant exposure to injustices we are seeing, it is essential that we educate ourselves on matters of ESG, and that environmental and social issues are recognised, instead of just corporate operations. It is no longer a choice but a necessity. With this comes fears and anxieties, but resources such as the ESG tracker (…) provide guidance and hope, which is what will drive us forward in the strive for a sustainable future.”
