CMS Belgrade has advised CA Immo on the successful completion of the sale of Sava Business Center in Belgrade, Serbia.

In line with its long-term strategy of focusing on high-quality Class A office properties in prime locations in core markets, CA Immo is divesting properties that do not correspond to its core business in terms of asset class, location, building quality, age, or value creation potential.
