Jelena Đorđević is a lawyer who advises international clients on corporate, employment and data protection matters.

She provides comprehensive legal support to renowned multinational companies in establishing and operating their businesses in Serbia, covering corporate, commercial, regulatory and compliance related matters. Jelena has advised, among others, one of the leading DIY retailers in Europeone of the largest global private equity investors entering the Serbian marketa global Tier‑1 automotive supplierone of the largest Chinese banks, a leading international lighting manufacturerand a major European food processing company, on all aspects of their market entry and business establishment in Serbia.

Jelena regularly advises clients on a wide range of employment and labour law matters, including employment contracts, management agreements, internal employment by-laws, termination procedures, cross‑border employee transfers, and work permits, and she represents clients in labour‑related disputes.

She also advises on commercial matters, including the preparation, review, and localization of commercial contracts in accordance with Serbian legislation.

In the field of data protection, Jelena provides full-scope legal support on all matters concerning personal data processing in Serbia. She has assisted a broad spectrum of multinational clients in implementing local data protection compliance frameworks. Her work includes drafting internal documentation, developing procedures, advising on compliance strategies, and supporting clients in handling data subject requests.
