Zuzana is a leading member of Banking & Finance team at CMS Bratislava with over a decade of experience advising local and international clients in connection with various financing structures and transactions as well as financing regulatory matters, including AML advice and factoring. She also has particular experience in insolvency and restructuring and competition matters. Zuzana is recognised for her capabilities in banking and finance work by key legal directories including Legal 500, Chambers Europe and IFLR1000.
