Zuzana Nikodémová is a senior associate in the Banking & Finance team at CMS Slovakia with more than a decade of experience in advising on various financing structures and transactions as well as financing regulatory matters. She acts for both lenders and borrowers.

Zuzana has extensive knowledge of mergers and acquisitions in the banking and finance, real estate, and projects and constructions sectors, and has also advised corporate clients on cash-pooling arrangements. Her practice also includes competition law, particularly relating to the financial services sector. She has a deep understanding of competition compliance matters, including in the syndicated lending market.

Before joining CMS, Zuzana worked for other international law firms for ten years.
