CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year Award

Happy to announce that CEE Legal Matters, Central and Eastern Europe's premiere legal publication, elected two CMS RRH offices as winners of the 2023 Deal of the Year Award.

CMS Austria has been awarded for their legal advisory work on Brookfield and Digital Bridge's acquisition of GD Towers from Deutsche Telekom. The Austrian Team was headed by Partner Clemens Grossmayer and supported by Dieter Zandler and Cornelia Kreuth.

CMS North Macedonia wins the award for the Linamar's acquisition of Dura-Shiloh from Dura Automotive.

The CMS legal team in North Macedonia was led by partner Marija Filipovska Jelčić and included attorneys Aleksandar Josimovski, Aleksandar Kralevski and Martin Ivanov.
