Pavol is a senior associate at CMS Bratislava with over 10 years of experience of advising clients on employment law. He specialises in providing legal advice to Slovak and international clients on the full range of employment-related issues, including collective bargaining, hiring and dismissal of employees, transfers of undertakings and the protection of employees during mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings. He has extensive experience in numerous sectors including automotive, manufacturing and logistics. He also spent two years on secondment  at a major logistics provider for automotive sector, furthering his sector knowledge.

Pavol also represents clients on contentious employment and labour-related litigations and disputes, and advises on issues including working hours, remuneration, social policy, damages and issues related to agency work and the posting/transfer of employees.

Before joining CMS, he worked at a leading CEE law firm. He regularly publishes labour/HR articles and holds client-focused seminars focused on labour law issues.
