As a (junior) associate, you will learn the basics of the profession by working on exciting cases and helping to solve complex legal issues. You will gain a lot of insights, and you will also be exposed to different styles. Topics such as negotiation techniques, presentation skills and legal writing will also be discussed. You will benefit not only professionally, but also personally. At the CMS office, you will engage with colleagues across different departments and therefore network right from the outset.
The further you progress towards becoming an attorney-at-law, the more individualised your development will be. Step by step, you will assume more responsibility and take on more challenging tasks.
