Anja Mravlja joined CMS Ljubljana in November 2022. With her prior experience as a tax and legal advisor in one of the Big Four consulting firms and at the Slovenian Administrative Court, she enhances our capabilities in a broad range of taxation and corporate law matters. She advises Slovenian and international clients on tax planning, audits and reorganizations as well as on all aspects of domestic and international tax law.
As her specialism extends to corporate and commercial law, she has become an important member of our transaction team where she provides legal support in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
