Sara Mernik has been a valuable member of the Real Estate & Construction team in the Ljubljana office. She advises domestic and international clients on real estate transactions, property law and construction law. Her advice ranges from day-to-day real estate matters such as commercial leases, construction contracts, sale of real estate, etc. to complex real estate transactions and project development mandates. Her practice also includes litigation and administrative proceedings.
Prior to joining the CMS team, Sara worked in a renowned Slovenian commercial law firm, where she supported the transaction team in real estate and corporate matters and advised clients on corporate law changes. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Court in Ljubljana and passed the Slovenian bar exam in March 2022.
