Saša Sodja has worked in the area of commercial and business law ever since she joined CMS Slovenia in 2010. Due to her strong tax and financial background, she is a valuable adviser to clients from various industries in all aspects of their commercial activities and business matters.
Saša Sodja advises clients on all regulatory and compliance issues, ranging from telecommunications to consumer protection and anti-money laundering regulations. She is well versed in negotiating, analysing and drafting various civil law agreements and contracts such as sales agreements, agency agreements, commercial leases, services agreements, licences, etc.
She graduated from the University of Ljubljana’s Faculty of Law in 2004 and passed her bar exam in June 2017. In 2012, she also received the UK certified accountant qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
