Tjaša Pirnat is one of the young generation of lawyers who joined CMS Ljubljana in 2021. She is a member of Corporate/M&A team. She advises both our domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.  

She helps on matters related to company incorporations, proceedings before state authorities, corporate governance, commercial contracts etc. for clients in a variety of sectors. 

Tjaša also provides legal support to teams handling domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.

Tjaša Pirnat also collaborates with our employment team in Ljubljana. She supports our domestic and international clients on various employment mandates, covering issues such as the conclusion of employment contracts, the termination of employees and general employment compliance. 

Data protection issues are also one of Tjaša’s strong points, especially data protection matters related to employment.
