Welcome to Marketing Law 2026!

Join us on Thursday 16 April for a breakfast seminar exploring the latest developments in marketing law — and what they mean for you in practice. If you have strategic or operational responsibility for marketing, this session is designed with you in mind.

The morning begins with breakfast from 8:00 am. From 8:30 am, Erik Ullberg (Managing Partner), Andreas Salehi (Senior Associate) and Filip Sahlstedt (Associate) will guide you through recent case law, regulatory developments and their practical implications for your business.

Topics include:

  • Recent decisions and legislative developments, including pricing information, influencer marketing and sustainability claims
  • Enforcement trends at the Swedish Consumer Agency
  • Digital marketing
  • AI in marketing

You will gain practical insights and have the opportunity to discuss how these developments may affect your organisation.

Date: Thursday 16 April
Time: 8:00–9:30 am (breakfast served 8:00–8:30 am)
Venue: CMS Wistrand, 15th floor, Platinan, Mårten Krakowgatan 2, Gothenburg
