CMS Wistrand advised Panattoni on a logistiscs project in Mölnlycke, Sweden
CMS Wistrand has advised Panattoni, Europe’s largest developer of logistics and industrial properties, on a new project in Mölnlycke, Sweden. This marks CMS Wistrand’s maiden deal advising Panattoni in Sweden, involving the acquisition of two properties in Mölnlycke, from Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe AB. The transaction enables the development of a modern and sustainable 43 000sqm logistics facility.
CMS Wistrand has also assisted Panattoni in negotiating and entering into a construction agreement with the contractor YLAB Larssons Bygg AB. Demolition work will commence early this spring, followed by the start of construction with YLAB.
The properties are part of a brownfield project and the new building will be equipped for solar panels and certified to the high environmental standard of BREEAM Excellent.
