CMS Wistrand advises Infrahubs

CMS Wistrand has advised property developer Infrahubs on the sale of Sweden’s most advanced parcel terminal to BlackRock.

The firm has advised the property developer on the sale of the 35,000 sqm logistics terminal in Vaggeryd, Jönköping County. The transaction, which was structured as a forward funding agreement, highlights the strong institutional appetite for modern logistics infrastructure in the Nordic countries.

When operational in Q1 2028, the terminal will be Sweden’s highest-capacity parcel facility, capable of processing 25,000 parcels per hour. Designed with ambitious sustainability targets in mind, the building is set to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification.
