• Nomura | In connection with the financing of Hines acquisition of the kitchen factory Nobia.
• Reliwe/Derome | Advising in connection with the forward funding sale of a project for the construction of 308 residential apartments in Sundbyberg, Stockholm.
• Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (SBB) | In connection with the establishment of a new independent company with focus on residential property to be distributed to shareholders of SBB.
• Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (SBB) | In connection with the sale of properties for an agreed property value of SEK 10 billion in the field of public infrastructure to a joint venture company (50/50) with Kåpan tjänstepensionsförening.
