CMS Wistrand advises Local Connect Holding Sweden AB on acquisition of fibre infrastructure

CMS Wistrand has advised Local Connect Holding Sweden AB, a portfolio company of the UK-based infrastructure fund Equitix, on the acquisition of fibre networks in Svenljunga and Svedala municipalities from broadband operator Net at Once Sweden AB. Local Connect Holding Sweden AB operates and develops city networks with a focus on local engagement. Local Connect Holding Sweden AB will further develop the fibre networks and business model with Net at Once Sweden AB continuing to provide communication operator services to the fibre network companies.
