Nina Knobloch Blomqvist is an associate at CMS Wistrand´s practice group for environment & energy, primarily advising on matters concerning environmental and energy law, planning and building act issues as well as other types of land law and real estate/property issues. Nina also advises on administrative law and administrative procedure. With experience from the Land and Environment Court at Växjö District Court as well as from the County Administrative Board of Skåne, she contributes with key expertise in these areas.

Nina has assisted a number of clients in industries such as wind power, solar energy and renewable fuels, focusing on environmental permits, property issues and related issues in several transactions etc. She assists clients in various proceedings before authorities as well as the general, land and environmental and administrative courts.

Nina offers strategic advice on legal challenges arising in connection with various authorisation processes.
