Martin Wedén is head of CMS Wistrand’s TMC group.
Martin Wedén joined CMS Wistrand in 1997 and became a partner in 2004. In the beginning of his career, Martin mainly worked on corporate and commercial matters as well as mergers and acquisition with special focus on the IT sector. Today, Martin’s main focus has shifted towards assisting clients on both the supplier and customer side in complex IT and technology contract negotiations regarding cloud services, software as a service, ISV solutions, licensing of software and technology, architecture and software development services, application management, maintenance and support services, sales and procurement. In many of these matters particular focus has been give to refining and improving agile and hybrid agile work methodologies to manage the increasingly higher pace of transformation and development within the IT sector
