Wistrand has assisted Infrahubs and Catella in the sale of a logistics property measuring 31,500 sqm to the global asset manager Blackrock.
The property, located south of Jönköping, is currently leased to Svenska Retursystem AB and adheres to their high standards in sustainability, particularly in areas such as energy efficiency and circular water flows. The building is constructed in accordance with the sustainability certification Miljöbyggnad Silver, and one of Scandinavia's largest solar cell installations is installed on the roof.
The transaction was completed in January 2024.
