Anna Welander is a senior associate in CMS Wistrand’s Real Estate group and specializes primarily in real estate transactions, real estate financing such as acquisition financing and project financing, commercial contracts and corporate law, as well as advising on other real estate and banking and finance matters.

Anna has experience in assisting both domestic and international clients with complex cross‑border transactions, contract negotiations, restructurings and due diligence in the context of transfer of properties and property companies, financing, forward funding and forward commitment structures, joint ventures, as well as development and infrastructure projects.

Anna Welander joined CMS Wistrand in 2022.
