Isak Sandberg is a Senior Associate in CMS Wistrand’s practice group Real Estate and specializes in real estate M&A and specialized real estate law. He advises clients on essentially all types of property-related matters, focusing on matters concerning planning and building, property formation (subdivision, partitioning, amalgamation and reallotment of properties), facilities and shared facilities, easements and other rights of use. He has particularly worked on projects involving complex due diligence processes and negotiation of acquisition agreements. Isak Sandberg is also experienced in dispute resolution from advising and representing clients in commercial disputes in Swedish courts and international arbitration as well as in complex settlement negotiations and mediation.
Isak Sandberg has been involved in pro-bono work, focusing on fundraising for charity.
