CMS Wistrand advises Nordiqus on the acquisition of an educational portfolio in Sweden

CMS Wistrand has advised Nordiqus on the acquisition of an educational portfolio consisting of six newly built properties in Sweden from Hoivatilat AB, part of the Belgian investor Aedifica Group.

The portfolio consists of an elementary school and five preschools, with a total lettable area of approximately 11,000 sqm and a WAULT of 13 years. Closing is expected by the end of March 2025, with an agreed underlying property value of SEK 454 million.

Nordiqus is one of the largest owners of educational infrastructure in the Nordic region, managing more than 600 facilities. CMS Wistrand’s team was led by Fredrik Råsberg, Martina Blomberg Roald, Isak Sandberg and Alva Kåresen.
