Jörgen Eklund is the head of CMS Wistrand's insurance and dispute resolution group in Stockholm and is one of Sweden's leading specialists in insurance law. Jörgen has more than 25 years of experience in assisting Swedish and international clients with insurance and reinsurance matters, business law advice and disputes. Jörgen regularly represents clients in court proceedings, as well as in Swedish and international arbitration proceedings.
Jörgen Eklund has experience of commercial disputes in a number of different industries and business areas, such as disputes concerning insurance and reinsurance, real estate projects, commercial contracts for the supply of products and services (sale of goods disputes), professional liability disputes, disputes concerning mergers and acquisitions and venture capital investments, the automotive industry, as well as in disputes in med-tech, media, and other rights disputes.
