Jörgen Eklund named Advokaternas advokat 2025
The award is based on an annual vote in which practising lawyers in Sweden select the colleague they trust most with complex legal matters. The 2025 award was announced on 15 April 2026, when Jörgen Eklund received the award at a ceremony hosted by Dagens Juridik.
Jörgen Eklund is head of CMS Wistrand’s Insurance and Dispute Resolution group in Stockholm and is Global Co-Head of CMS’s international arbitration practice. He has more than 25 years’ experience in insurance law and complex commercial disputes, acting in both court proceedings and Swedish and international arbitration.

Advokaternas advokat is an annual award presented by Dagens Juridik. The recipient is selected through a vote among practising lawyers in Sweden, with the aim of highlighting the lawyer who commands the highest level of trust within the profession for complex and high-value matters.
