Louise Berlin serves as a managing associate in CMS Wistrand’s practice group Corporate & Commercial and specialises in capital markets, corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. She has extensive experience in advising Swedish and international clients on capital raisings, general meetings, IPOs as well as mergers and acquisitions, with a specific focus on capital markets. Louise Berlin has particularly worked on matters/projects relating to companies admitted on the Swedish stock exchanges and multilateral trading facilities. Furthermore, Louise engages in matters relating to ESG and sustainability.

She has previous experience from other law firms where she specialised in capital markets, corporate law, M&A and venture capital investments. Furthermore, Louise has experience from working within the public defence sector.

Runway Safe AB | In connection with CFME's mandatory bid for all shares in SARSYS AB, listed on NGM Nordic SME, Louise assisted the member of the bid consortium Runway Safe AB and was responsible for project management of the matter and all processes related to the bid, including the bid consortium's petition to the Swedish Securities Council, 2024.

Investment AB Spiltan | Louise assisted Spiltan in its change of listing from NGM Pepmarket to the regulated market NGM Main Regulated Equity, 2024.

EG Group | In connection with EG Sverige AB's recommended public offer to the shareholders of Mestro AB, Louise was responsible for project management of the matter and all processes related to the offer, 2024.
