What do clients value most in their legal advisers – and what creates real value in legal advice? These are the questions explored in Excellence in Client Relations 2026, one of the Nordic region’s largest client and industry studies for law firms, conducted by Avara Insights.

Strong results across key areas of the client experience

This year’s results show that CMS Wistrand achieves a very high level of client satisfaction (9.1/10) and is particularly strong in areas that are key to long-term client relationships.

With a high response rate, the results clearly show that CMS Wistrand is seen as a legal adviser with a strong focus on clients’ needs and a solid ability to understand their businesses and challenges. Clients also highlight strong legal expertise and our ability to deliver advice that is relevant, commercially grounded and reliable.

A relationship-driven approach

The study also shows that CMS Wistrand is widely seen as a strategic partner rather than just a provider of legal services. This reflects a way of working where close collaboration, business understanding and long-term relationships are central – increasingly important in a time shaped by technological development and a rapidly changing environment.
