Ólafur Steindórsson is a partner in CMS Wistrand’s practice group Corporate/M&A and specializes in M&A, venture capital, and private equity, with a particular focus on the technology and IT sectors. With 16 years of experience, he has extensive experience in advising corporations, private equity and venture capital firms, and startups, on all aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions. Ólafur Steindórsson has a particular interest in emerging technologies and IT and regularly advises clients in the technology and IT sectors on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
