Frankfurt, 8 December 2017. CMS won Private Equity Legal Adviser of the Year at the Mergermarket European M&A Awards, held in London on 7 December 2017. Additionally, CMS was named France M&A Legal Adviser of the Year.
The prizes are awarded for creative advisory work on complex transactions. The judging process, which starts with an analysis of M&A league table data to identify the top-ranked firms, is rigorous.
I am delighted that CMS has won this award in recognition of the sheer breadth and depth of talent within our private equity team across our European offices, and the many sectors in which our clients invest.
