Arnaud Hugot joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2006 and became a partner in 2014. 

His practice focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, setting up joint ventures, and complex, long-term corporate projects. 

Arnaud Hugot advises corporate groups and investment funds on acquisitions and disposals across all sectors. He also has extensive experience in the health sector.
