Alexandra Rohmert joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2000 and became a partner in 2016.

She practices in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. She primarily assists foreign companies with their international projects. She has acquired a high level of expertise in cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions and in Franco-German matters. 

Alexandra Rohmert has dual French and German (“Rechtsanwältin”) legal qualifications.
