Christophe Lefaillet joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1989 and became a partner in 2005. 

He practices in corporate law and financial market law. His practice extends to all aspects of corporate law for listed and private companies (especially for leading players in the banking sector) in the context of corporate group organisation (capital increases, governance, shareholder agreements, etc.), issues related to the personal taxation of executives and shareholders (wealth tax), and restructuring (mergers, spin-offs and more). 

Christophe Lefaillet has significant experience in handling complex cases for clients from various industries, including major players in the banking sector.
