The CMS team was led by Graham Conlon, Head of Corporate/M&A practice in the Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna and senior associate Tetyana Dovgan, with invaluable support from Vitalii Mainarovych, Nataliya Kushniruk, Nataliya Nakonechna and Sergiy Kulikov.
