Tetyana Dovgan is a Corporate/M&A Partner in Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang, as well as a member of wider CMS international private equity team.

Tetyana advises local and international clients on complex JVs, corporate restructurings, private equity and M&A transactions in Ukraine and beyond (recent experience includes deals in Moldova, Belarus, Poland, Latvia and Kazakhstan), with an industry focus on infrastructure, agriculture, IT and banking. In recent years she has acted on the highest-profile English-law governed deals in Ukraine having advised on all aspects of the transaction from on the ground in Kyiv.

Tetyana also advises on general corporate matters, corporate finance, currency controls, securities and employment law.
