Artem Sinelnikov is an Associate in the Corporate/M&A practice at CMS Ukraine. He advises local and international clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Artem has worked on M&A transactions across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, finance, real estate, technology, energy, and agribusiness. He has also taken part in complex domestic and international restructurings and has supported top-tier Ukrainian and global companies on corporate and commercial matters in Ukraine and abroad.
Prior to joining CMS, Artem worked at leading international law firms.
