Artem Sinelnikov is an Associate in the Corporate/M&A practice at CMS Ukraine. He advises local and international clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Artem has worked on M&A transactions in the healthcare, technology, finance, manufacturing, and agribusiness sectors. He has also taken part in complex domestic and international restructurings and has supported top-tier Ukrainian and global companies with corporate and commercial matters in Ukraine and abroad.
In addition to his corporate/M&A expertise, he has experience in the oil and gas and infrastructure sectors, advising clients on industry-specific legal issues.
Before joining CMS, Artem worked for over five years at leading international law firms.
