Natalia Kushniruk is a Real Estate Partner in Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang. Natalia has over 15 years of experience advising clients, including major international and leading Ukrainian developers, banks, property funds and embassies, on various aspects of property acquisition and development governed by Ukrainian and English law, land allocation and rezoning, real estate finance and mediation. She specialises in investment, development and large-scale project work across a broad range of sectors, including energy, retail, agribusiness, infrastructure, manufacturing, hotels & leisure, office, logistics, and others.

Natalia though her carrier conduction over 100 due diligence of real estate objects and lands for various international clients. She acted on several significant buy-side and sell-side English-law governed deals in Ukraine, such as acquisitions of over 20 renewable power projects in Ukraine, construction of the biggest wind farm in Europe, as well as the sale of one of the biggest and most popular malls in Ukraine.
