Luís Miguel Romão é o Sócio responsável da área de prática de Concorrência & EU e integra a ESG Task Force.

Com mais de 20 anos de experiência em Direito da Concorrência e Direito Comunitário, desenvolve sua atividade com especial incidência em auxílios estatais, cartéis, litígios, abusos de posição dominante, controlo de concentrações, distribuição e implementação de programas de cumprimento da legislação antitrust, fundos estruturais e as quatro liberdades. A sua experiência abrange uma vasta gama de indústrias, incluindo cuidados de saúde, alimentação e bebidas, transportes, energia, serviços financeiros e telecomunicações e meios de comunicação social.
