Grégory specialises in shareholder conflicts, D&O liability, partnerships, bankruptcy and corporate restructuring. He has also extensive experience in economic criminal procedure.

His practice covers both advisory work and litigation in civil cases as well as in fraud cases. He regularly gives training sessions and conducts seminars regarding judicial reorganisation and D&O liability.
