Youri has been working for the public law department of CMS since September 2014 and specializes in public and administrative law, particularly in the fields of public procurement and public private partnership (PPPs). He assists his clients (both public authorities and tenderers), providing advice and drafting tender documents. Youri is also familiar with litigation procedures before the Council of State and the civil courts.

Youri is the author of a number of scientific papers, he regularly gives trainings, often in affiliation with ESIMAP (study, services and information centre in the field of public procurement and related areas).

He is also a member of the editorial board of a Belgian construction law magazine (Tijdschrift voor Aannemingsrecht) and a teaching assistant of the seminar public law at the University of Brussels (Vrije Universiteit Brussel).
