Bruno Dondero joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2018 and became a partner in 2019. 

He heads the firm's legal intelligence department. He practices in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contract law and financial law. He also represents clients in litigation proceedings and in French and international arbitration proceedings
