Commercial Law

In a legal environment where the rules are increasingly numerous and restrictive, you have to manage the commercial risks relating to your activity. For this, you have to protect yourself in your relations with both your customers and your suppliers. Managing these contractual relationships in accordance with the specific nature of your sector, and also with your own methods of operation, is therefore a necessity. Not only do you need fast and reliable legal answers, but these must be tailored to the context in which you are working. With 17 lawyers working in commercial law, we are able to deal with the specific features of your sector and profession which affect your practices.

Our teams are able to deal with all your commercial law issues, whether you are an actor in industry, large-scale distribution, the hotel and leisure industry or transport and logistics. We support you in the safe implementation of your commercial strategies, especially your operations for the transfer or reorganisation of tangible and intangible assets (assistance in negotiations for the purchase/sale of goodwill and drafting of deeds), the structuring and management of your commercial networks (assistance in the choice and introduction of distribution networks, assistance in the conclusion and follow-up of contracts: concession, franchise, commission-affiliation, etc.) and the conclusion and strengthening of your commercial and industrial partnerships, with regard to commercial contracts, supplier-distributor commercial relations and vice-versa.

We also help you manage your subcontracts, ensuring that you are protected, and draw up your purchase or sale contracts, distance, off site or in situ. We can help and advise you in the management of disputes that could arise with your suppliers, customers or competitors (settlement, mediation, procedure).

Finally, our publications and training also ensure that you are kept up to date with the latest legal and regulatory developments that concern you.
