CMS International Crypto Forum 2026
Legal experts on crypto regulations & global developments
Event details
Programme
28 May 2026
The CMS Crypto, Digital Assets and FinTech International Focus Group is hosting a hybrid (in-person and online) breakfast event in Amsterdam, focusing on the latest developments in crypto regulation across Europe and beyond.
We are bringing together legal experts from more than 15 jurisdictions to discuss DeFi and trading infrastructure, MiCAR implementation and its interaction with payment services rules, AML, as well as stablecoins and tokenisation, including the DLT Pilot Regime.
The event will offer in-person attendees the opportunity to engage directly with our experts on the practical challenges arising from crypto regulation and ongoing market developments across multiple jurisdictions.
This session is designed for legal, compliance and business professionals who are active in, or considering entering, the crypto sector. It will provide a clear overview of the evolving regulatory framework and an opportunity to exchange views with international specialists and peers.
The in-person part of the event will be held at our Amsterdam office on 28 May. Breakfast will be served from 8:30 a.m., with sessions running from 9:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m., followed by an informal networking hour until 12:00 p.m. to enable further discussion with our experts and fellow attendees.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
