On 1 May 2019, the new law introducing the Code on Companies and Associations partially entered into force. Certain types of companies can no longer be established (silent partnership, CVOA, CVA, BVBA).
In addition, as of 1 January 2020, all mandatory provisions will come into force. From then on, you will not be able to introduce any statutory changes without bringing all articles of association in accordance with the new Code on Companies and Associations.
Of course, this also results in some changes in the field of tax law.
