Job Description
CMS is looking for a Junior Associate to strengthen its Real Estate law team in Brussels.
Profile:
- You have strong analytical skills and a creative mind, you like to take initiatives
- Accuracy and rigor are two of your top qualities
- You have a genuine interest in real estate
- You are fluent in French and English
- You preferably have up to two or three years of experience in the real estate department of a business law firm
- You display team spirit
Main responsibilities:
- Advise companies and national and international groups in several areas of real estate law
- Cooperate with the various foreign CMS law firms and the different CMS Belgium departments, to experience the multi-jurisdictional and multidisciplinary approach of cases
- Manage files, act with a satisfying degree of independence, under the supervision of a partner
- Assist to client meetings
