Job Description

CMS is looking for a Junior Associate to strengthen its Real Estate law team in Brussels as of September 2026.

Profile:

  • You have strong analytical skills and a creative mind, you like to take initiatives
  • Accuracy and rigor are two of your top qualities
  • You have a genuine interest in real estate
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • You preferably have up to two or three years of experience in the real estate department of a business law firm
  • A MaNaMa in Notarial Law, is considered a strong asset but not required
  • You display team spirit

Main responsibilities:

  • Advise companies and national and international groups in several areas of real estate law
  • Cooperate with the various foreign CMS law firms and the different CMS Belgium departments, to experience the multi-jurisdictional and multidisciplinary approach of cases
  • Manage files, act with a satisfying degree of independence, under the supervision of a partner
  • Attend client meetings
