CMS assisted cybersecurity specialist Secutec’s shareholders in a partnership with the private equity fund Indufin, whereby the latter bought a minority stake in Secutec, joining its capital as a strategic investor. The partnership allows Secutec to expand further internationally and play a leading role in the European cybersecurity landscape. Secutec develops and sells cybersecurity solutions and services to companies, governments, and financial institutions.
