CMS Belgium’s Financial Services team, headed by Benoît Vandervelde and including Florence Berchem and Anaïs Casteur, has assisted the Belgian insurtech Qover in coordinating the legal review of their ‘trip and event cancellation cover’ embedded in the new Revolut ‘Ultra’ plan, in 30 jurisdictions.
