CMS Belgium’s Financial Services team, headed by Benoît Vandervelde and including Florence Berchem and Anaïs Casteur, has assisted Qover in the legal review and coordination of its partnership with Revolut in 33 EEA jurisdictions. This cross-border matter included 19 of our CMS offices.
The Belgian insurtech Qover has partnered up with Revolut, the London-based neo-bank. Qover provides insurance covers with regard to certain online accounts supplied by Revolut.
